Driver Rules for Passengers

  1. Respect the Driver  

   - Treat the driver with kindness and respect. Use polite language and avoid any abusive behavior.

 

  1. Be Ready on Time  

   - Be prepared and waiting at the pickup location when the driver arrives to avoid delays.

 

  1. No Smoking  

   - Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle to ensure a comfortable environment for all passengers.

 

  1. Keep the Vehicle Clean  

   - Avoid eating or drinking in the car. If spills occur, please alert the driver.

 

  1. Seat Belts Required  

   - Always wear your seatbelt for safety during the ride.

 

  1. Limit Distractions  

   - Keep conversations to a minimum to allow the driver to focus on the road.

 

  1. Respect the Driver’s Vehicle  

   - Do not touch or adjust any controls without permission, and keep personal belongings within your designated area.

 

  1. No Unapproved Passengers  

   - Only the booked passenger(s) are allowed in the vehicle unless previously approved by the driver.

 

  1. Inform of Special Needs  

   - If you have any special needs or requests (e.g., child seats), notify the driver in advance.

 

  1. Cancel or Modify Responsibly  

    - If you need to cancel or change your ride, do so through the app as soon as possible to avoid penalties.

 

  1. No Offensive Behavior  

    - Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

 

  1. Payment Compliance  

    - Ensure that your payment method is valid and that you have sufficient funds before requesting a ride.

 

  1. Feedback and Ratings  

    - Provide honest feedback and ratings after the ride to help improve the service.

 

  1. Emergency Situations  

    - In case of an emergency, follow the driver's instructions and remain calm.

 

  1. Respect Personal Boundaries  

    - Avoid unnecessary personal questions or topics that may make the driver uncomfortable.
